Epic Home Group was founded in 2021 by Hannelise Blease and Lise Lunden, two Norwegian-born real estate professionals whose paths crossed in The Woodlands after building successful careers around the world.
With backgrounds spanning international management, interior design, global relocation, luxury home marketing, and commercial real estate, Hannelise and Lise recognized a growing need in The Woodlands for a team that offered:

Hannelise Blease

A native of Fauske, Norway, Hannelise Blease brings an exceptional blend of international management expertise and real-world real estate experience to every client interaction. After moving to the U.S. in 1998, she built her career in leadership, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication, later transitioning into residential real estate in Scottsdale, Arizona.
In 2016, she relocated to The Woodlands, where she established herself as a trusted advisor for buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families. Her approach is grounded in strategy, market intelligence, and an unwavering commitment to client success.
In 2021, Hannelise co-founded Epic Home Group alongside fellow Norwegian Lise Lunden. Their shared values—integrity, professionalism, and elevated service—laid the foundation for a thriving team known for exceptional client care.
By 2023, the team earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designation, demonstrating their capability to serve premium and luxury real estate with a refined, experience-driven standard of service.
Recognizing evolving client needs, Hannelise expanded into commercial real estate in 2024. She now assists with commercial leasing, acquisitions, site searches, and investment property strategy across The Woodlands and Greater Houston.

Lise Lunden
Co-Founder | Realtor® | CLHMS™ | Interior Design Specialist
Known for her professional yet down-to-earth approach, Lise Lunden brings a rare blend of international experience, interior design expertise, and real estate strategy to her clients in The Woodlands and Greater Houston area.
Originally from Verdal, Norway, Lise lived and worked throughout Europe and the Caribbean before relocating to the U.S. in 1999. Her global background enables her to connect with clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds—an invaluable strength in a dynamic market like The Woodlands.
With a strong foundation in interior design, Lise helps clients visualize possibilities, identify value, and maximize both lifestyle and investment potential within a property. Whether buying, selling, or investing, she provides a thoughtful, detail-oriented experience rooted in genuine care.
In 2021, she co-founded Epic Home Group with fellow Norwegian Hannelise Blease. Together, they have built a client-focused team known for innovative marketing, personalized service, and a strong integrity-first philosophy.
