Originally from Norway, Lise has lived and worked throughout Europe and the Caribbean before relocating to the United States in 1999. She currently resides in The Woodlands area with her husband and their teenage son. Her international background enables her to connect with a diverse range of buyers, sellers, and investors. With experience in interior design, she possesses a keen eye for potential and assists clients in seeing beyond the surface, maximizing both value and lifestyle fit. 
In 2021, Lise co-founded EPIC Home Group with her fellow Norwegian, Hannelise H. Blease. Together, they have created a powerhouse real estate team committed to delivering exceptional service, innovative marketing strategies, and top-tier results for their clients.
Lise, recognized for her expertise in the luxury market, earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation in 2022. This prestigious certification highlights her proven ability to market and sell properties while delivering a seamless experience for buyers and sellers.

Hannelise H. Blease, a native of Fauske, Norway, moved to the U.S. in 1998. With a background in International Management, she gained extensive experience in leadership, negotiation, and communication across multicultural environments. Her strong foundation in marketing and sales set the stage for a thriving career in real estate.

Hannelise launched her career in residential real estate in Scottsdale, Arizona, before moving to The Woodlands, TX, in 2016. With a reputation for market expertise, negotiation skills, and client-first service, she helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate market with confidence. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, relocate, or invest in luxury homes or commercial properties, Hannelise delivers strategic solutions tailored to your needs.
